What we collect

When you send a booking request or a message, we receive the details you type in: your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, places and any notes. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Your currency choice is remembered in your own browser only.

Why we use it

We use your details to answer your request, prepare a quote, deliver the rental and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your details or pass them to advertisers.

Who sees it

Our staff and drivers who handle your booking, and our web hosting and email provider, which stores the messages on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Requests that do not become bookings are deleted within 12 months. Booking records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.

Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected or have it deleted. Write to info@carrentalgh.com or call +233 24 915 1503.
