How do monthly staff shuttle contracts work?
You agree the routes, timetable, vehicle and service days with us, and we invoice monthly for the agreed service. Contract rates depend on vehicle size, route length and how many days a week the shuttle runs, so we quote after a short conversation about your team. Payment is by Mobile Money, bank transfer or cash, and there is no online payment on the website.
What vehicles and seat capacities are available?
Our 30-seat Coaster suits large teams on one route. Minibuses and vans cover medium teams, split routes and multiple pick-up points. A RAV4 suits small groups or senior staff. Coaster day rates start from GH₵2,200 and the RAV4 from GH₵1,200, with monthly rates on request.
Do you run fixed routes with set pick-up points?
Yes. Each shuttle follows a route agreed in advance, with set pick-up points that are easy to reach and safe for staff to wait at. We confirm the stops with your HR or admin team, and the timetable stays consistent from week to week. If a stop needs to change, we agree the change in writing so it does not catch staff out.
Are your drivers vetted?
Yes. Every driver assigned to a staff shuttle is a professional driver, vetted before assignment. Where possible, drivers stay on the same account so they know your pick-up points, and timings. Your HR or admin team can raise any concern about a driver directly with us on WhatsApp or by email.
Can the service scale as our headcount grows?
Yes. When headcount rises, we add a vehicle, extend an existing route or set up a second route under the same contract, rather than starting a new arrangement. Because vehicles are sized by seats, we can match capacity to the number of staff on each shift.
How do we set up a staff shuttle with CarRentalGH?

We confirm the route, pick-up points and vehicle, then send a monthly or contract rate. Once agreed, the service starts on the date set in the contract. We are based in Accra and Kasoa and serve Greater Accra, Kotoka Airport, Cape Coast and the surrounding coast.
