Which vehicles do you offer for executives?
We offer a Corolla from GH₵800 a day, a RAV4 from GH₵1,200 a day and a Prado with driver from GH₵1,600 a day, along with a 30-seat Coaster from GH₵2,200 a day for larger groups. Mercedes and Lexus luxury cars are available on request, so send us your requirements and we will confirm availability and price.
Do you offer an airport meet-and-greet at Kotoka?
Yes. We meet arriving guests at Kotoka International Airport and take them to their hotel, office or first meeting. Airport transfers start from GH₵450, and you can book by WhatsApp on +233 24 915 1503 or by email at info@carrentalgh.com.
Can we set up a monthly corporate account and be invoiced?
Yes. We can set up monthly accounts for companies, embassies and organisations, and we invoice by arrangement. Weekly and monthly rates are lower than daily hire, so tell us the volume you expect when you get in touch.
Will we have the same driver each time?
Every hire comes with a professional, discreet driver, and for regular clients we can assign the same people to your bookings. Let us know your routine and your preferences when you set up the account, and we will plan around them.
Do you take clients out of Accra on business trips?
Yes. We travel to Tema, Kasoa and the coast, with a professional driver for the whole journey. For longer trips, tell us your route, dates and number of passengers when you enquire, and we will quote accordingly.
How can we pay?
You can pay by Mobile Money on MTN, Telecel or AirtelTigo, by bank transfer or in cash, in cedis or your own currency. We do not accept credit cards, and bookings are made by WhatsApp or email rather than through a website payment. Corporate accounts can be invoiced by arrangement.
