How our airport shuttles run from Accra and Kasoa

CarRentalGH is based in Accra and Kasoa. We cover Greater Accra, Kotoka International Airport, Kasoa, Cape Coast and the surrounding coast. A scheduled shuttle might be a hotel in the city to the airport at six in the morning, a home in Kasoa to the airport for a family flight, or an office to the airport every Friday afternoon. Group and recurring shuttles are quoted on request, because the route, the number of people and the number of runs all change the vehicle and the plan. Ask us about keeping the same driver on a regular schedule.

Groups that land together are where a shuttle makes the most sense. For a delegation, a conference or an event arrival, we can send more than one vehicle so everyone leaves the airport together without a long wait at the kerb. What is the difference between a shuttle and a one-off airport pickup?
A one-off pickup is a single trip booked for one day. A shuttle is an arrangement: scheduled or repeat runs, or a group arriving together, agreed with one price and one point of contact. If you will need airport runs more than once, or you are moving several people, a shuttle is usually the better fit. Every run still has a professional driver.
Can you handle a group arriving together?
Yes. Send us the flight numbers, the number of people and their pickup points, and we will recommend the vehicle or vehicles. A RAV4 suits a small party and a 30-seat Coaster suits a larger group. For bigger arrivals we use more than one vehicle so the group does not stand waiting at the kerb.
Is it a fixed price?
We agree the price before the trip starts, so you know what you are paying before you travel. A Kotoka airport transfer starts from GH₵450. Group and recurring shuttles are quoted on request, because the route, the vehicle and the frequency all affect the figure. If the plan changes, we talk it through with you before anything is added.
Do you meet us at arrivals?
Yes. Your professional driver meets you in the arrivals hall at Kotoka. Tell us your flight number and we will keep an eye on the arrival time, so if the flight lands early or late, the driver is there at the right time.
